Kata and Randori Session January 2008

Postby Laurie » Sun Feb 17, 2008 9:54 pm

On 19th January 2008 the South London Area arranged a morning of Kata (Lower Picture) followed by an afternoon of Randori (Upper Picture) at Croydon Judo Club. As you can see many people attended both. During the kata session we practiced and worked on Nage No Kata and Gonosen No Kata. After a break for lunch we went into our 2 hour Randori session. The plan was to go for 2 hours straight but the attendees worked so hard that we had to stop for liquid 2 or 3 times.
All those who took part had a great day and we are all looking forward to the next session.
A special thank you to Croydon Judo Club for allowing us to use their magnificent purpose built facility.
